Chief Keef Arrested For Speeding At 110MPH In A 55

Chief Keef was arrested for the SECOND TIME IN 7 DAYS yesterday ... when cops in Illinois say the 17-year-old rapper was doing 110mph ... in a 55 zone.
Law enforcement says ... cops spotted Keef's 2011 BMW X6 M flying down Winnetka Road in Northfield, IL around 3:45 AM.
When cops pulled the car over ... Keef was in the driver's seat with 3 passengers -- big problem, since Keef only has a permit which allows him to have ONE passenger.
After Keef was taken into custody, the BMW was released to one of the passengers ... who left the scene with the vehicle.
Keef was cited for speeding and having too many people in the car. He's due back in court on June 17.
The arrest comes exactly ONE WEEK after he was busted in Georgia for smoking weed at an Atlanta-area hotel.

Lauryn Hill Sentenced To 3 Months In Jail

Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to spend 3 months in FEDERAL PRISON for tax evasion … even though she claims she paid off her nearly $1 million bill to Uncle Sam before sentencing.
A judge in Newark, New Jersey dished out the sentence moments ago … and told Hill that after she completes her stint behind bars, she’ll spend 3 more months on house arrest … followed by 9 months of supervised release.
Before the hearing, Hill’s attorney told the media the singer scraped together more than $970,000 to repay her debt to the government.
The 37-year-old former Fugee pled guilty last year to three counts of tax evasion for failing to file returns on $1.8 million she earned from 2005 to 2007. Lauryn’s attorney asked for mercy because of her charity work and 6 kids … but the judge wasn’t buying it.
During the hearing, the judge ordered Hill to report to prison by July 8. It’s unclear where Hill will serve her time.
Hill was present during the hearing, and delivered a statement to the judge in which she compared her situation to slavery.
“I was put into a system I didn’t know the nature of. … I’m a child of former slaves. I got into an economic paradigm and had that imposed on me,” Hill said.
She continued, “I sold 50 million units … now I’m up here paying a tax debt. If that’s not likened to slavery, I don’t know what is.”

Rapper Xstrav Gets Arrested For Drinking Iced Tea In Parking Lot

A recent YouTube video captured an overzealous security guard accusing a 24-year-old man of drinking alcohol in the parking lot of a liquor store, and then subsequently arresting him. The kicker, of course, was that the 24-year-old was only drinking Arizona brand Half and Half Iced Tea.
As rapper Xstrav (Xstravagant), AKA Christopher Beatty, and his friend Tony Brown waited for their friend in the parking lot of the Cumberland County ABC Liquor Store in Fayetteville, North Carolina, an alleged plainclothes officer walked up to them demanding to know what Beatty was drinking.
Naturally, Beatty was taken aback by the seemingly normal man approaching him and asking to inspect his drink. He held the can at arm’s length, allowing the man, who merely identified himself as “police” verbally, to read the label, but refused to allow the strange man to hold (or sip) the drink.
The man, professing to be a police officer, next asks Beatty to leave the property for trespassing, even though Beatty explained he was there in the parking lot waiting to make a future purchase.
The video clearly shows the supposed undercover officer did not immediately identify himself as a policeman before he began questioning Beatty, and only quickly flashes what may be a badge three seconds before he demands the man put his hands on the trunk of his own car.
Without reading him his rights or divulging the charge for which he was making the arrest, the security guard begins handcuffing Beatty in the parking lot, while another seemingly drunk man wanders around the parking lot violating the well-known law of public intoxication.

PepsiCo is bowing to public pressure for the second time in a week and cutting ties with Lil Wayne over the rapper's crude lyrical reference to civil rights martyr Emmett Till.
Lil Wayne, one of the biggest stars in pop music, had a deal to promote the company's Mountain Dew soda.
Earlier this week, PepsiCo also pulled an online ad for the neon-colored soda that was criticized for portraying racial stereotypes and making light of violence toward women. That ad was developed by rapper Tyler, the Creator.
On Friday, PepsiCo said in a statement that Wayne's "offensive reference to a revered civil rights icon does not reflect the values of our brand." It declined to provide any further comment.
A publicist for Lil Wayne, Sarah Cunningham, said that the split was due to "creative differences" and that it was an amicable parting.
"That's about all I can tell you at this time," she said.
Wayne had sent the Till family a letter offering empathy and saying that he would not reference Till or the family in his music, particularly in an inappropriate manner.
But the Till family said the letter fell short of an apology.
"It's mindboggling to me that they partnered with him in the first place," said the Rev. Wheeler Parker Jr., a Till cousin and witness to his abduction. "Major corporations should scrutinize who they endorse, don't let greed or money determine who you sponsor."
Parker's written statement said Wayne's lyrics not only insulted Till's memory but degraded women as well.

Popular Hot 97 deejay “Mister Cee” was busted trying to pick up a male hooker in Brooklyn, cop sources said Saturday.
But Cee, 46, whose real name is Calvin LeBrun, didn’t know that the gigolo he approached at Madison St. and Broadway in Bushwick just before midnight on Friday was really an undercover cop, the sources said.
The music man — who emerged into the hip-hop world as Big Daddy Kane’s deejay and later produced Notorious B.I.G.’s first album, “Ready to Die” — was charged with patronizing a sex worker. He was waiting to be arraigned on Saturday.
It’s not the first time the deejay has been cuffed for playing with professionals.
Cee pled guilty in 2011 to a charge of loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution after he was arrested for receiving oral from another man in a parked car.

Teen Carjacks His Date At Gunpoint Following Romantic Stroll On The Beach

The date started as an evening stroll on the beach, but ended in an armed carjacking in a Wendy’s parking lot.
Donald Bernard McGee Jr., 19, of Hollywood, courted a Lake Worth woman after the two exchanged text messages and photos and agreed to meet Friday, according to a Boynton Beach Police Department arrest report.
After a walk through the Boynton Ocean Inlet Park, the date ended when they headed to a Wendy’s parking lot at around 10 p.m. to wait for McGee’s brother to pick him up, the woman told police.
That’s when McGee whipped out a gun and demanded she get out of the car, according to the arrest report. The woman said she ran to a nearby BP gas station to flag down a Good Samaritan to call 911 as McGee took off.
The woman hopped into the Good Samaritan’s car and the two chased her 2000 Honda Civic as McGee drove to the Interstate 95 southbound on-ramp at West Boynton Beach Boulevard, according to the arrest report.
When police caught up with the car they flipped on their lights and sirens, but McGee wouldn’t stop, according to the report.
McGee lost control of the car in the grass near the I-95 southbound on-ramp at Yamato road, according to the report. He tried to run, but was ordered to get down at gunpoint by a K-9 officer.
McGee told police he took the Tri-Rail and a bus to meet the woman at the beach, but said it was the woman who carjacked him and that she was the one who pulled out the gun, according to the report.
McGee told police he took off to “get out of the area” but couldn’t explain why he didn’t stop on the highway, according to the report. He also couldn’t explain the .380-caliber Kel Tec handgun officers say they found in the car’s center console.
He was arrested Friday and booked into Palm Beach County Jail on Saturday. He faces charges of carjacking with a firearm, maryjane possession, fleeing police, driving without a valid license and robbery with a firearm. McGee is being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Lauryn Hill Being Sued For Eviction

Grammy Award-winning R&B legend Lauryn Hill is being sued for eviction ... the good news, she's probably going to prison so she won't need that place anyway.
Lauryn's been renting a South Orange, New Jersey mansion since 2009. Things went south when she stopped paying rent last month, so her landlord ran to court and filed a legal ultimatum -- pay your rent NOW, or get out.
Lauryn hasn't paid, so the eviction lawsuit is now full steam ahead.
Lauryn will be sentenced next week for tax fraud. She pled guilty and now faces several years in federal prison.
Nothing like moving from a big house to the big house.

Pastor And Gospel Singer Juanita Bynum Thrown In Dallas Jail For Failure To Pay $140K In Civil Dispute

Gospel performer and televangelist Juanita Bynum spent the night in the Lew Sterrett Justice Center after authorities arrested her on a warrant for her failure to appear in a Dallas civil proceeding against her, according to public records.
The Georgia woman was booked in at the jail about 10:30 p.m. Thursday. She was released after she appeared in a Dallas courtroom earlier today to answer questions in the case, which includes a 2007 judgment ordering her to pay $140,000 to ALW Entertainment.
She has yet to pay the money to promoter Al Wash’s company, his attorney said, though they are hopeful that the case may finally be resolved. Wash sued Bynum for failing to perform in a play for which he had paid her.
“She has disclosed the whereabouts of her assets and her business dealings,” entertainment attorney David Small said.
Bynum has faced controversy in recent years. In 2008, her husband at the time, Thomas Weeks, pleaded guilty to assaulting her and was sentenced to probation, according to reports.
The couple later divorced.

Flavor Flav Facing Trial, Felony Charges

The reality TV personality and rapper, Flavor Flav is facing a trial on felony charges that he threatened his longtime girlfriend's 17-year-old son with a butcher knife during a family argument.
The 54-year-old, whose legal name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr., didn't testify during a Wednesday evidence hearing in Las Vegas Justice Court.
But the teen did. He pointed from the witness stand toward Drayton at the defendant's table, identified him as the man wearing a clock around his neck, and told Justice of the Peace Melanie Andress-Tobiasson that Drayton chased him to a bedroom and stabbed the knife through the door during the argument early Oct. 17.
The teen quoted the obscenity he says Drayton used as the rapper threatened to kill him. Drayton was standing 2 feet away with the knife still in his hand, the boy said.
The Associated Press is not reporting the boy's name because he is a juvenile.
The argument began when Drayton woke the boy during a 3 a.m. argument with the boy's mother, Elizabeth Trujillo, with whom he has lived for about eight years. It escalated when the teen, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound high school football and basketball player, wrestled the 5-foot-6 Drayton into a head lock in the kitchen.
"I told him, 'You're not going to talk to my mom like that,'" he testified. "He pushed me. ... I pushed him."
Defense attorney Tony Abbatangelo later told the judge he believed Drayton may have been acting in self-defense when he allegedly grabbed the butcher knife, a steak knife and a pizza cutter during the scuffle.
Abbatangelo noted that a police report didn't include the quote the teen recalled Wednesday.
Andress-Tobiasson said the evidence was enough to bind Drayton over to state court for trial.
She set arraignment for April 18 on felony charges of assault with a weapon and child endangerment that could get Drayton up to 12 years in prison if he's convicted. Drayton also faces a misdemeanor domestic violence battery charge.

CDC Says There's 110 Million Venereal Disease Cases in the U.S.

According to new data released by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there were 19.7 million new venereal infections in the United States in 2008, bringing the total number of existing sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in the U.S. at that time to 110,197,000.
The 19.7 million new STIs in 2008 vastly outpaced the new jobs and college graduates created in the United States that year or any other year on record, according to government data. The competition was not close.
The STI study referenced by the CDC estimated that 50 percent of the new infections in 2008 occurred among people in the 15-to-24 age bracket. In fact, of the 19,738,800 total new STIs in the United States in 2008, 9,782,650 were among Americans in the 15-to-24 age bracket.
By contrast, there were 1,524,092 bachelor’s degrees awarded in the United States in the 2007-2008 school year, according to the National Center for Education Statistics. That means the total number of new STIs in 2008 outpaced the total number of new bachelor’s degrees by nearly 13 to 1, and the number of new STIs among Americans in the 15-to-24 age bracket outnumbered new bachelor’s degrees by more than 6 to 1.
While the CDC estimates that there were 19.7 million new STIs in the United States in 2008, data published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicated that the total number of people employed in the country actually declined by 2.9 million during that year.
The CDC said the new venereal infections contracted each year cost the nation about $16 billion.
“CDC’s new estimates show that there are about 20 million new infections in the United States each year, costing the American healthcare system nearly $16 billion in direct medical costs alone,” said a CDC fact sheet.
The CDC study—“Sexually Transmitted Infections Among U.S. Women and Men: Prevalence and Incidence Estimates, 2008”—was published in the March edition of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, the journal of the Sexually Transmitted Diseases Association.
Teenager Nearly Goes Blind After Eye-Eating Parasite Grows On Her Contact Lens

A South Florida high school senior nearly lost her vision after a parasite grew on her contact lens and began eating through her cornea.
One of Ashley Hyde’s eyes was red and throbbing but doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
“They did multiple cultures where they scrape your eye,” she said. “One time, they had to drill into my eye. It was really nasty.”
Doctors discovered Hyde, 18, had an acanthamoeba infection. Acanthamoeba is a microscopic parasite found in water and soil that can spread through contact lens use, cuts, or skin wounds or by being inhaled into the lungs.
“Every day, we see people come in with contact lens related to infections, complications, ulcers,” said Dr. Adam Clarin, an optometric physician. “There are all things that are potentially blinding.”
Clarin recommends patients use disposable contacts for daily use.
“There is nothing safer or healthier than throwing out the lens every day and starting with a new one the next day,” added Clarin.
Zak Mann uses disposable contacts after years of having red, itchy, and dry eyes with traditional contact lenses.
“I love the disposable contacts because every day you start with a fresh, sterile set of contacts,” he said.
Hyde must undergo several more months of treatment and advises contact users never skip a step when cleaning their lenses.
“It hurts,” she said. “I wouldn’t risk it.”

Bobby Brown Turns Himself In Over DUI Conviction

Bobby Brown reported to court Wednesday to begin serving his sentence of 55 days in jail and four years' informal probation after pleading no contest in February to a DUI charge -- one of two such offenses last year by the singer.
Because of jail overcrowding, as well as time off for good behavior and credit for "good time work time," Brown is likely to serve no more than nine days in county jail, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.
He noted that Brown's sentence could be influenced by his county probation officer or a judge's order.
In addition to the jail time for pleas related to drunk driving, driving on a suspended license and a probation violation for a prior DUI incident, Brown also must complete an 18-month alcohol-treatment program and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week.
Brown had been sentenced to a day in jail and three years' probation for the March 26, 2012, arrest, which took place in the San Fernando Valley after officers with the California Highway Patrol spotted him talking on his cellphone while driving. The second arrest, also in the Valley, took place Oct. 24.
The singer, who went solo after being part of the group New Edition, also has a previous DUI conviction from 1996. The latest incidents came after the death of his former wife, Whitney Houston.

Bow wow has to fork over nearly $80k to a French porn star for allegedly using footage of her dancing in one of his videos without her permission.
Celine Tran, known as "Katsuni", sued the "106 & Park" host back in July 2012, claiming he stole clips of her pole dancing in a video for a French band called Electronic Conspiracy, and then used the footage in his music video "Drank in My Cup" without her permission.
The Young Money rapper completely ignored the lawsuit, so now a federal judge has ordered him to cough up $79,346.07 in damages and attorneys' fees, and stop using the footage immediately.

Mom Sells 18-Month-Old Daughter To Man So He Can Make Child Porn

A mother has been charged with selling her 18-month-old daughter to a man who used her to make child pornography.
Natisha Hillard sold the child to 39-year-old Christopher Bour for an undisclosed amount of money, according to court documents.
The 24 year old is alleged to have known that her daughter would be used in child porn films.
The FBI began investigating Bour after being alerted by a unnamed masseuse who said Bour had texted her about his intentions to sexually abuse the child.
Two of Bour's messages read: 'U wanna watch me play with a baby tomorrow a real one' while another said: 'I get a chance once in a while I was just seeing if you would hold the camera.'
The woman told FBI agents she had seen child porn movies on Bour's laptop during previous visits to houses he lived in while renovating them.
He also said he had expressed interest in 'animal love.'
An FBI agent assumed the identity of the masseuse and texted Bour about what he planned to do with the infant according to NBC News.
Bour responded with graphic descriptions, said he had done it before and that the mother approved.

Authorities and celebrities were grappling Monday with how to respond to a website that posted what appears to be private financial information about top government officials and stars such as Jay-Z and Mel Gibson.
The Justice Department said Monday the FBI was investigating how the Social Security number, address and a credit report of FBI Director Robert Mueller ended up on the site. The site also posted the same information about Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck, and the department said it was investigating the matter.
In addition to Jay-Z and Gibson, other targeted stars included Beyonce, Ashton Kutcher, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton. Info posted about Vice President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not include credit reports but included addresses and other sensitive information.
Social Security numbers posted on Gibson, Jay-Z and others matched records in public databases.
The site, which bears an Internet suffix originally assigned to the Soviet Union, expanded throughout the day Monday to add entries on Britney Spears, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and others.
It did not state how the information was obtained or why the 11 people targeted on the site were selected, describing the records only as "secret files." A Twitter profile linked to the site and created after its existence was first reported by celebrity website TMZ included an anti-police message in Russian.

Isaac Burks Ia Wanted For Infecting 240 People With HIV

Local authorities are offering a reward up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of 31-year-old Isaac Don Burks who is from the West New York area. Burks has been accused of intentionally infecting hundreds of men and women in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania with HIV. Police say his potential victims could date back as far as 2003.
Described as an African-American male, six feet two inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, Burk is just 31-years old with medium brown skin. He has had several aliases throughout the years including: Stephawn Burks, Stefan Levine, Isaac Levine, Stefan Burks, and Walter Brooks.
New York City Health Department spokesperson Kate Caraway commented that this is the first time they have seen someone deliberately trying to spread HIV to so many people. “We want to make sure that anyone who may have injected drugs with , who may have had sex with him, does come forward and get tested,” she said to a local TV station. “We want to make sure that they’re not spreading the virus to anyone else.”

Deelishis Leaps From Window to Escape Abusive Fiancee

An alleged drug dealer faces new legal problems after prosecutors say he assaulted his estranged fiancee, Deelishis, a model and reality show star who won the VH1 reality show "Flavor of Love 2."
Federal court records shed light on a minor celebrity scandal that broke earlier this week when a popular Web site claimed Deelishis was assaulted by a pack of angry strippers.
Deelishis, real name Chandra London Davis, denied the report. The 35-year-old Farmington Hills resident, known for her ample derriere, posted a message on her social-media site, saying she tripped on icy stairs while wearing expensive designer shoes.
"I am fine & will be even better in a few days!" she wrote.
Court records offer a darker explanation.
Deelishis was injured jumping out of a second story window Sunday in Farmington Hills after allegedly being assaulted by Franklin resident Orlando Gordon, according to federal court records.
Deelishis' manager, who would not give her name Friday, said she was unaware of the alleged incident.
"I don't know nothing about no alleged assault," the woman told The News.
Gordon was free on bond and awaiting trial in federal court at the time of the incident.
He was indicted in January 2012 along with more than a dozen others and accused of participating in a drug-trafficking operation involving thousands of pounds of cocaine and marijuana.

Study Shows That More Than 20% Of Black And Hispanic Teenagers Have Sent Freaky Phone Messages And Pics Before

More than 20 percent of black and Hispanic teens say they have used their cellphones to send a “sext” message showing a nekkid or semi-nekkid photo or video of themselves to another person, and more than 30 percent say they have received such sex messages, according to a new study.
The research was done by University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and funded by the Centers for Disease Control and the U.S. Department of Health Services. Why the focus on the two groups?
“Although sex messages among U.S. youth has received much popular media attention, there are only limited data on its prevalence among ethnic minority youth,” say the researchers in their study, published online journal, Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking.
The concern about sex messages, the researchers say, is whether it “impacts other behaviors and health outcomes among youth and adults and, if so, what is the direction of the impact.”That said, not every scientist is convinced that sexting will lead to ho-ish tendencies.
Balderdash, says Deb Levine, the executive director and founder of the Internet Sexuality Information Services, based in San Francisco, which uses the Internet and mobile apps and texts to share information about sexual health, disease prevention and assault.
“From a public health perspective, we have not as yet identified ‘sex messaging’ as a risky sexual behavior as regards HIV, STDs and unplanned pregnancies,” Levine told NBC News. “Therefore, the need to identify young people who sex message seems unnecessary.”
In a recent editorial piece, “Sex!ng: A Terrifying Health Risk … or the New Normal for Young Adults?” for the Journal of Adolescent Health, Levine wrote that “If we are to use sex messaging to create relevant health messaging for youth, the messages could focus less on shame and more on mutual consent, communication about sexual desires, and regular testing for HIV and other STDs, especially for sexually active members of high-risk groups.”
One thing that is not in question however, is which demographic of people are more likely to be prone to having a lil freaky phone fun.
“The results of this study indicate that sex messaging is prevalent among ethnic minority youth,” the researchers said in the study. “
And while the authors acknowledge that more research is needed to understand the context and circumstances of that sex messaging, “the first step in any public health inquiry is to understand the scope and prevalence of a potential health problem. Some data exist on the prevalence of sex messaging among youth in general. However, prevalence data for ethnic minority youth specifically are scarce.”
The researchers’ data is based on findings from 1,034 tenth-graders from a “large, urban school district in southeast Texas.”
